SurePayroll tasked Farco Studio with redesigning their Business Online Payroll platform to create a white-label solution for 21 bank partners. Each microsite required unique branding, including color palettes, logos, and content. We collaborated as part of Farco's Webflow development team to build a scalable CMS system that streamlined customization for these microsites. The result was a flexible, user-friendly platform that ensured brand consistency while meeting the individual needs of each partner.

CMS Structuring: Dynamism and Scalability

We designed a system based on Webflow's CMS that allowed us to manage all the information and customization needed for each bank. These were the key collections we created:

• Bank Microsites: to generate the main page for each bank.
• Refer a Client: a form for referring clients.
• Thank You Pages: two collections for the thank-you pages after form submissions (referrals and contact).
• Privacy Policy and Terms of Use: legal content customized for each bank.
• Benefits: to highlight the benefits of the services in the second section of the main page.‍
• FAQs: dynamic information for the pricing section.

This is how we built the sitemap for all the dynamic pages, interconnected through references and multi-references, creating a tailored experience for each bank's users.

Dynamic Branding: Variables and Scalable Nomenclature

The key to deploying each bank's specific branding was establishing a system based on dynamic variables connected to CMS fields. We defined a common root with variables corresponding to primary and secondary colors, which were then called through classes in Webflow using a standardized and consistent naming convention.

This approach allowed us to:

1. Maintain design consistency across all pages.
2. Easily scale to new banks by replicating the system without altering its core structure.
3. Ensure swift and precise implementation of branding elements.

Result: A Flexible and Adaptable System

Thanks to this white-label structure integrated with Webflow's CMS, we developed a system that ensures an experience tailored to each bank's needs while maintaining full scalability. This dynamic approach allows SurePayroll to expand its network of banks without compromising quality or visual consistency.
