EndoAula Conecta
Success story
The no-code revolution is enabling the creation of digital products in markets that previously couldn’t afford them, leading to valuable projects in highly specific niches. This is the story of how we created the Netflix for endoscopists.
A few months ago, Joaquín, a leading physician at Madrid’s Hospital 12 de Octubre and CEO of EndoAula, approached us with an exciting challenge. He had built a loyal following on YouTube by creating valuable educational content about endoscopies. While his community and video engagement continued to grow, the economic value didn’t match up. His proposal? To create a subscription-based platform where users could access a catalog of videos on how to perform endoscopies—essentially, a "Netflix for endoscopists."
Design & Development with No-Code
With the concept in hand, we explored viable no-code solutions using Webflow. Our chosen stack consisted of:
- MemberStack for managing user creation and subscriptions, paired with Stripe for reliable recurring payments.
- Plyr.io to design a custom video player matching the platform’s identity.
- Vimeo for video hosting, ensuring seamless playback.
This no-code stack provided the flexibility to build an entirely independent platform with a tailored design. The result? A platform that is visually engaging, functional, and easy for Joaquín’s team to manage autonomously via Webflow’s CMS. They can now add, edit, or remove videos effortlessly while customizing the platform’s structure.
Key Features
- Subscription Management: MemberStack + Stripe ensures smooth account creation, password recovery, and subscription handling.
- Custom Video Player: Designed with Plyr.io to enhance user experience.
- Scalable CMS: Capable of managing up to 9,000 videos hosted on Vimeo.
Results
The project was delivered in 4 months with an investment of under €10,000. Thanks to an effective launch strategy, the platform quickly gained hundreds of satisfied subscribers, impressed with both the content and usability.
Technically, the no-code setup has proven robust, with AWS-powered Webflow servers handling the load seamlessly. The platform is already profitable, and new features like courses are being added by reusing components.
This success story not only highlights the possibilities of no-code for niche industries but also inspires others to create independent educational platforms like this.
